@MitchyGallo Exactly. It’s the people that can’t stand to see the Habs succeed way of downplaying and minimizing their success to make themselves feel better. In 2021 it was Covid, now it’s the “early whistle” and they’re just lucky excuse as if every call went the Habs way the 1st 2 rounds

Why do I keep seeing “deserve to win,” starting to be uttered so frequently now that the Habs are killing it. The team that “deserves to win,” is the team that scores more goals than the other team.

The good stuff

I think James seen it was possibly going uncalled so he threw his head back late and eventually got the call. Keep control of your stick and it won’t give them a reason to call any of those. It’s now a best of 3

I stand corrected along with many others, there was indeed a high stick. It just wasn’t shown on any replays and the late reaction made it seem like he was trying to sell it

Absolutely wild this was called. Some shitty penalties called both ways but the PPG plus some awful coverage by the Habs on this one did it
