Just received word that Lindsey Boylan has conceded in the special election for Council District 3.

Next NYC PAC, which funneled money into the District 3 race, reported a few new donors today, two of whom— Karen Kasner and Alice Tisch — were Cuomo donors. (Eisenberg, cofounder of A&E Real Estate, wasn't, but her husband Doug was)
