@drcostantino1 Any chance the tip is not adherent to the wall and is actually through the wall? Seen it once before. Tip went through the wall during placement. I see a little contrast hanging around the tip, maybe from attempted retrieval, but I’ve never had a Tulip that adherent after a mo.

1. Placement- looks perfect 2. Retrieval - looks easy (1 m later) 3. Until it’s not 4. Couldn’t pull it away from wall. WTD besides forceps? Tip adherent.
