This is what happens when we can’t build housing. NIMBYs are killing the future of our party. Democrats need to learn how to build shit again. We need to massively cut the red tape that prevents us from building mixed use, transit oriented development cheap and quickly.

By this same logic, this portion of Highway 1 and every road in the coastal zone should be reduced to a single lane one-way street. Every car passing you is reducing your access to the coast. What an unserious analysis.
