Why do u think they're sold to other clubs not just given away?Therefore you and him will be treated completely differently and rightly so. You might bring in 20% turnover, still no a fraction of what footballers bring in to their clubs.

I’m responsible for 20% of the turnover of my company. If I don’t deliver they don’t offer me a paid holiday. As an asset his value is declining rapidly.

Marcus Rashford needs to just be sent on holiday, and to not think about football for a while. His head has clearly gone. It’s genuinely sad to see because I love the bloke but he’s just not been right for a while.
