@O2 are a shambles man.
Fraud on my account 5 times in 2 months and they haven’t even done a thing to help. Trying to make me pay £158 in fees for something I ain’t even done 🙈. Claim they’re gonna ring me back and never do. Just pie me off to someone else who hasn’t got a clue
