Monica claims Melanie reached out to Heather about the cover, and that Heather’s assistant responded saying she was busy filming and did not have access to her phone, allegedly. Monica also says Melanie suggested putting out a joint statement, but claims Heather instead responded by sending a cease and desist letter. According to Monica, the letter stated that if Melanie continued speaking and posting about the alleged copying, Heather would have the right to pursue further legal action. #RHOSLC
