A little word of warning folks, DO NOT buy @JohnLewisRetail washer/dryer. Three months out of warranty and only fixable for the same price we paid for it, zero goodwill, absolute madness.

Hey @JohnLewisRetail, when did your service get so bad? I am still reeling from the shocking experience on Tuesday. Two astonishingly poor staff made a simple (but expensive) purchase agonisingly painful. What’s happened guys? Not the first time recently either.
