To get folks time to prepare we are starting at Feb 22nd 6pm MT . It’s going to be a solid journey. Excited to see who joins us on this adventure. First 24 hour Water (electrolytes if you want) Day 2 and 3 = Bone broth 2x a day (Kettle & Fire is what I’m sippin) and Water (electrolytes if needed). Then we eat something light at 72hr so our stomach doesn’t hurt. Lock in!!
