Food never came. Then took another 25 minutes to get a refund on a gift card. Left with no food after being there an hour in total!!!

@eatatjacks Trussville, AL location needs to get it together. I hate complaining and try to offer grace but my god we’ve been waiting for a 15 pc tender for 25 minutes. Talk about the Sunday Scaries 😫🥵

@uhaul I have tried calling the 800 number multiple times and it says “we’re experiencing a high volume of calls right now. Call back another time.” And hangs up. How am I supposed to talk to someone?!?!

@Hertz Yes. I returned a car on 10/19 and had a final fuel charge because it dropped below full. I lost my credit card shortly after so my payment information on file is incorrect and I should owe money for that final fuel charge

@Hertz I’ve been trying to nearly a week to figure out how to update my card information for final charges & I’ve been told different info, redirected to different people, been on hold for way too long, disconnected, etc and I’m about to lose it. I just want to not owe you $!!

@SouthwestAir I have a portion of a travel credit remaining that expires Oct 3. Is there anyway i can use the credit if I book a flight for December before Oct 3?
