It began in 2023, when I followed the Matr1x Co-founders into Singapore’s Token2049, lugging a roll-up banner and bracing myself for the worst as I nervously hosted our very first event. Since then, I’ve shared countless moments with the team — from late-night location scouting at Asia Master in Hong Kong with @Rust, @Gloria, and @Zane, to all-night technical testing of 3D projections in Lan Kwai Fong alongside the @GEDAEsports crew. We raced to finalize tournament details while regional ambassadors tirelessly promoted the event, ultimately delivering the first esports livestream in the space to surpass 1.8 million concurrent viewers. From the Turkish yacht club to 22 on-the-ground campaigns across Korea, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, and the Philippines, we pulled off the impossible with the unwavering support of local ambassadors. I went from nervously fumbling through my first AMA to being able to host over 30 with ease, even in between meals. As we closed down the Hong Kong home office, @Rust slept on a slab of cardboard in the attic while I laid out a blanket on the floor below — both of us carrying on without complaint — and faced my first earthquake alone in Thailand, only to walk away with lasting friendships from the industry. Before TGE, Rust and I called over 100 KOLs across time zones to explain our vision, and we secured deep partnerships with 8 top-tier gaming guilds. This journey had no script — it was built with sweat, resolve, and real execution. But the unfortunate truth is that the current strategic pivot no longer requires the capabilities I bring. While many speculate I exited with a profit, the reality is: the 11 ETH I contributed pre-TGE (YATC), as well as my holdings in $KUKU and $MAX, remain at a loss. Yet beyond capital, what matters more to me is the cost in time, the strength of team cohesion, and the trust we earned within the industry. Over the past year, my travels spanned tens of thousands of kilometers. I never saw myself as just an employee — I approached everything as a builder. But when strategic inconsistency begins to dilute team conviction, and when resource inputs meet a deficit in resolve, I choose to take these hard-won lessons and move on to the next battleground. 看了很多关于Binance AMA的推特内容和网友评论，充斥着非常多“高管清一色都是女人，不出问题才怪”“女性商业能力就是不如男人”的评论，不知道这样的结论怎么得出来的，但都对女性非常恶意，好像所有能力，认知，在过程中付出的努力都可以被“女高管就是不行”来否定？ 不知道在这样的市场情况下是不是男高管就能力挽狂澜，但是我实实在在看到很多优秀的女性高管，创业者，投资人都非常优秀，正直，有能力，有气魄。我和很多关系很近的朋友的共识都是 “每一个成功的项目背后都有一个强大的女人，尤其是中国女人。” 而且非常多这样的例子。 网上依然充斥着这些对女性性别攻击的言论，只说明一件事：女性朋友们，我们还要更加努力，我们要更多站到台前。 这个行业一定会有更多优秀的女性引领发展，也希望有一天这个行业能更多就事论事，少一些性别归类和攻击。
