early spec ops exploration. masked tactical pilot, face mostly covered, but with the eyes still visible enough to carry expression. tried a few directions - classic special ops, sealed CBRN suits, heavier breathing / comms gear.

@salsaverse @TheFoxEssence It was my head canon (until it was canonized) that it was the burial site for mendicant bias. Guarded by offensive bias. Which led to me doing the halo e3 2013 trailer reimagination art. Essentially Chief exploring the surreal desert to find mendicant bias

@Rythayze @TheFoxEssence I've had similar obsessions with epitaph for years. In 2014 I wrote/ran a ttrpg campaign about ODSTs lost in it and uncovering the history and secrets of the place

Can someone do a night version of Epitaph with a storm and lightning please?

@TheFoxEssence My vision is it’s one of those dry electrical storms. Huge gusting winds, and sandstorms created by downdrafts. Potentially a tornado. The tower glows green/blue in the storm like a light house. The quad wings are perched on the tower, hunkering down from the storm.

@Rythayze I would love to see this place at night in a desert storm. Some spitting rain and flying sand illuminated by the lightning in the darkness The Citidels lights and systems glowing in the dark with lightning flashes out the windows I have a vision

Grunt armor details

been busy, but heres a look at how my elite model is going. Finally modelled the chest, that i thought was the hardest part. So hopefully the other armor pieces r not that tough. Still a long way to go

@Rythayze @PURPL_MUNKII Funnily enough though, my chief with a fish/ general style of halo is influenced by my personal IP that I draw which is inspired by death stranding in part also so its sorta full circle haha.

Marines fishing sketch I was thinking since marines are stranded on da halo in infinite, they might need food to survive. So they start fishing for food. #halospotlight

@Soul_ant19 @PURPL_MUNKII back then it was an idea me and Ratdadjoe were playing with of Marines stranding on a halo - inspiration was death stranding. I was also just starting to learn more about blender

@Rythayze Hmm I find the face a bit much but the overall design looks amazing. I can see something like this going up against the Flood.

Inspired by the Prototype Promethean, I made my own thing. The left version: sentinel like head, while on the right: statue-like face with emotions of sadness, and pain. I agree it's not really Halo-y, but I wanted that biblical feel of a perverted angel, or tortured soul.
