@AmericanAir oh and now I’m magically allowed on the next flight….with the same dog and same paperwork. And still no apology or acknowledgment that they were wrong. A flight change they offered other people $675 vouchers to voluntarily change….

@AmericanAir staff at SAN should be ashamed of themselves. They denied my boarding access AT the jet bridge bc their gate agent (allegedly a supervisor) did not know his own service animal policy. See attached their policy/requirements and my approved paperwork that he denied.

@_americnAir_ should be ashamed. Denied me from boarding my flight with my service animal because THEIR EMPLOYEE (a supervisor allegedly) didn’t understand their own policy. See below their policy and my approved forms per their policy. DENIED
