Firstly, these dogs who are cared for will not bite kids. That is what is achieved by socializing with dogs by feeding them. This is science. Secondly, wherever a grievous dog bite by street dogs is reported, there was no sterilizations happening in that area, there was no ngo, no feeder and volunteer active. Therefore, there was no one to foresee and mitigate an issue. Sterilized, fed dogs maybe loud and boisterous but the are pro human. And as they age, they become calmer and calmer.
