Daniel, if you think that’s all the SAVE Act does, you haven’t read the bill and don’t deserve to be in the Senate. Don’t gaslight your voters. Under this bill, among other ridiculous provisions, DHS will decide whether you are eligible to vote. Are you ok with that?

When I was in Minneapolis, I heard a number of crazy stories. But near the top of the list: A couple of off duty ICE and CBP officers were going to dinner in Minneapolis. They were doxed and their location revealed, and the restaurant was then mobbed. The officers were locked in the restaurant, and local police refused to respond to their pleas for help (as they've been directed by local authorities). Eventually, their fellow federal agents came to their aid. This is just a taste of what's happening in Minneapolis because state and local officials refuse to cooperate with immigration enforcement. They have created the chaos so they can have moments like yesterday, where someone tragically dies and politicians get to grandstand about the evils of enforcing the border. The solution is staring everyone in the face. I hope authorities in Minneapolis stop this madness.

A statement from the family of Alex Pretti, obtained by CNN:
"We are heartbroken but also very angry.
Alex was a kindhearted soul who cared deeply for his family and friends and also the American veterans whom he cared for as an ICU nurse at the Minneapolis VA hospital. Alex wanted to make a difference in this world. Unfortunately he will not be with us to see his impact. I do not throw around the hero term lightly. However his last thought and act was to protect a woman.
The sickening lies told about our son by the administration are reprehensible and disgusting. Alex is clearly not holding a gun when attacked by Trump’s murdering and cowardly ICE thugs. He has his phone in his right hand and his empty left hand is raised above his head while trying to protect the woman ICE just pushed down all while being pepper sprayed.
Please get the truth out about our son. He was a good man. Thank you."

ICE has murdered another American. Again.
Don’t let it be normal. Trump’s personal police force is kidnapping children, gassing neighborhoods, terrorizing families, murdering our fellow citizens with impunity.
Our own government is doing this to us. It is sickening.
ICE is hiding behind armor and masks and machine guns, menacing families who want nothing more than to go about their lives in peace. They are killing and terrorizing us. ENOUGH.
We must stand up like Minnesotans are in -10 degree temps in the streets of Minneapolis. Stand up to this administration. Stand up for our neighbors. Demand the Senate stand up and stop funding ICE. Let them know we won’t back down.
