Authorities say video footage showed 79-year-old Juanita Wright repeatedly mistreating the student while 62-year-old Tonya Rice-Constant allegedly laughed and failed to intervene. Both were arrested on January 26, 2026. Wright faces 14 felony counts related to the recorded crime, while Rice-Constant is charged with failing to report the incident.

The easiest way to know if something’s legal in Test rugby? Let the Springboks do it. If the ref says play on, it’s legal. If he blows it up, it’s not. Simple. And if he doesn’t blow it up but the play’s even slightly questionable, you can bet World Rugby will amend the laws the following week. Guaranteed, if a Bok jumped over a player to score or hit a BIL player like Morgan hit Tizzano, it’d be no try and a card. Every time.
