25 years ago at Eden Gardens Rahul and I shared a partnership that will forever remain special. In a moment when the game looked beyond us we chose belief, patience and resilience. That stand was not just about runs but was about trust, teamwork and fighting for every session. Grateful to have shared that journey with Rahul and to be part of a Test that reminded us all that in cricket comebacks are always possible👍 @BCCI#PowerOfPartnership#Believe#Resilience
Posting after a long break
The last run of the season couldn’t have ended on a better note. 🏃♂️✨
Delhi’s own full marathon.
42.2 kilometers.
And a new Personal Best: 3:42:42. Six minutes faster than my previous full marathon record. I clocked a new half marathon personal best as well - 1:42:22, improving my earlier timing by 33 seconds.
People often underestimate seconds.
But in running, every single second matters.
It reflects discipline. It reflects preparation. It reflects the effort you put in when nobody is watching.
Because a marathon is hundreds of kilometers —
the finish line is just the last 42.2 km.
Race day started early at 4 AM, with hydration and preparation on point. The course was flat, and I felt strong, maintaining a sub-5 pace till the 20-kilometer mark. But as every marathoner knows, the real race begins after 30 kilometers. Around the 35th–36th kilometer, cramps kicked in. The last 6–7 km slowed me down. Reminding me that maybe a few longer practice runs could have made a difference. Still, I pushed. Because finishing strong isn’t about perfect conditions, it’s about mental strength when things get uncomfortable.
Crossing the finish line with a new personal best wasn’t just a timing achievement;
It’s about growth. It’s about consistency. It’s about proving to myself that progress is real.
This one is for everyone chasing their better version.
Season ends! but the grind continues.
Cheers to running and to always chasing better than yesterday.

Too little too late and too flimsy @neerajpofficial
You couldn’t even apologise gracefully, seeking refuge behind excuses
Nobody is going to watch your racist trash - if you had to give a colloquial name why could you not choose Mulla, Padri etc? Why Pandat?
Shame on you. Khud Pandey hokar Brahmanon ko koste ho.
My World Marathon Majors journey- 2018 Chicago
2019 Berlin
2020 Boston (Covid virtual)
2023 Tokyo
2025 London & New York
The “Monkey on my back” a physical one at Boston, a goal that will light my path ahead as I continue on this incredible journey!
Grateful to all who cheered!!
#TCSNYCMARATHON2025 A challenging course, a humbling race and an absolutely fulfilling run! Great crowd, hydration support and superbly handled logistics to make it an experience of a lifetime!
Finally what I came for...
Something which I kept talking about for the last six years since the first attempt in 2019...The course at @nycmarathon continues to amaze me, even yesterday...unforgiving till the end. Glad I came out on the top! Each bridge was a sweet win for what happened twice before...
A negative split strategy which is now a template well established strategy for me, in this phase of life! (First half 1.24.35 : Second Half 1.23.22)
2.47.57 and a PR by 2 seconds from the London outing in April.
Full of energy 🔥, full of cramps!😫!
4:07:43 🥲
My hattrick marathon at the Tata Mumbai Marathon. Happy to make it to the start line from absolutely being unsure about running until the day before.
PS: Have set a perfect example of how not to run a marathon. Learnings.😂
Last Sunday was my first experience of doing a stadium run.
5 hours :: 51 km ::: 400 meters loop
It’s a memory etched in my heart forever as a true test of grit and determination!
I did 128 repetitive loops of 400 meters of each for 5.02 hours @ 5.56 min / km completing 51 kms!
Every lap reminded me the power of preseverance and pushed me closer to my limits .
The highest moment being at the 42nd kilometre when I achieved PB for Full Marathon in 3.48.46 beating my previous record by 64 seconds .
The journey wasn’t about the finish line ; it was about the grit to keep going when it got tough.
To everyone chasing their goals : stay consistent , trust the process , and never give up on yourself .
Your best is yet to come !!
Completed my Third World Major Marathon with the #newyorkmarathon#tcsnycmarathon#nyrr
It is a thrilling and a challenging experience to run on a rolling track in New York with an elevation gain on every turn.
I got my best 5 km, 10 km, half marathon and 30 km timing in this marathon :)
