My response to a parent that called about tryouts. If your with __________. I recommend you stay with them. Would love to have ur son in our program but I don’t encourage players to leave organizations. The best players I’ve seen have been great at planting roots with 1 org.

It's a privilege to wear a baseball uniform every day. The second you believe it's your right is the moment you don't deserve to wear one. Be grateful for your time on the diamond. Any second on the field is better than any moment in an office.
