Americans are paying a steep price for Pres. Trump’s reckless and repeated mistakes in Iran. It is past time he seriously pursues a diplomatic, not military, solution to the war. Democrats will continue working to responsibly end Trump’s war abroad & lower costs at home.

Pres. Trump has an incoherent strategy in Iran. The American people & our servicemembers deserve better. I’m fighting to bring Trump’s misguided & reckless war in the Middle East to an end.

We are so grateful that U.S. forces successfully rescued both the pilot & weapon systems officer of the F-15 fighter jet that was shot down over Iran.

Pres. Trump’s national security advisers warned him that attacking Iran could shut down the Strait of Hormuz. He did it anyway. Now the White House is scrambling to reopen it while our economy takes a hit, oil prices surge, and Trump's war expands.

Pres. Trump recklessly took our nation to war without consent from Congress or the American people. Now, GOP Senators must join us in demanding answers & accountability. Our troops deserve clarity & Americans deserve to know what this war is truly costing them in blood & treasure.
