Why does @SAS have so many customer service accounts, why are they all based out of Kenya, why are they all unverified, why are they all created in the past couple months, and why do they have such a low following?

@SAS@SAS has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Called to resolve a baggage issue. Person kept blaming me for “not doing things right” and hung up on me when I expressed my displeasure with her.
