On a balmy Wednesday afternoon, 9 dogs & 3 cats were rescued by our Humane Law Enforcement team from an otherwise unoccupied RV. The 12 animals had been living in deplorable conditions, but thanks to a tip from the Shamokin Police Department, everything changed that day.
