Med staffing want to see my husband in person to prove the legitimacy of my spousal visa in order to complete ID checks for my new job. Feels completely inappropriate and ridiculous. Any thoughts/advice on what I should do?

@Leicnut Thought about joining the RCP to give views in the survey but cost of membership was prohibitive and there was no guarantee I'd be eligible to respond anyway. Many trainees whom this issue affects the most are not RCP members and have no opportunity to have their voice heard.

Whatever one’s stance on PAs the fact over 80% of medics surveyed didn’t respond tells you how utterly indifferent the majority are to this issue. That may be regrettable but it is a fact.
