Northbound 2/3 trains are running local from Chambers St to 34 St-Penn Station while we investigate why a train's brakes activated near Chambers St. Expect delays in northbound 1 trains while they share tracks with rerouted trains.

@LIRR The 6:37 am from Long Beach should *always* have 12 cars. It is always more crowded than the 7:00 am train. The 7:00 train doesn't need 12 cars.
