@RCC_LSU @CoachRock73 Sometimes it's not even a year. I've witnessed kids get a scholarship and a program pull it five months in. Sure, maybe they didn't explicitly pull it but they pushed the kid out so effectively accomplishing the same thing.

@CoachRock73 I’m old but I remember scholarship being 4yrs. Now players getting offer 1yr commitment. How does that inspire loyalty It’s more like a contract. Schools need to commit for a full degree and expect athletes to do the same. Then let us see where we are. JMHO

I spoke with an FCS coach today who was recruiting our school. His program still tries to sign 10-15 HS players a year, but it is getting harder for them to justify it because who players that come and excel enter the portal as soon as they have success (cont'd)

Today I share bittersweet news that I will be leaving Minnesota. I am grateful to have been coached, befriended and healed by everyone there. I am truly blessed. With that being said I will be entering the portal with 3 years remaining. #AGTG
