Prof S Barry Cooper

On this day, I always think of @SBarryCooper who did so much for #AlanTuring Centenary. One of the most intelligent, kind & supportive people I’ve ever known. I wouldn’t work with @bletchleypark now, without him. Still missed all the time.

@bletchleypark Turing meant to me, working with the late @SBarryCooper for the @AlanTuringYear and coming to @bletchleypark and falling in love with the place. So far, 8 of the happiest years of my life.

My thanks to all and everyone who supported, helped, and caffeinated me through this. In particular my supervisors, Dr. Paul Shafer and Prof. Michael Rathjen. Also, thanks to Prof. S. Barry Cooper, @SBarryCooper, for starting me off.
