Comme tu es humain(e), tu ne vis que dans le moment présent. Donc, pour être heureux(se), le seul moyen est d'utiliser ton moment présent. En plus, comme tu disposes de ton libre arbitre dans ce moment présent, tu peux choisir à quoi te connecter. Recherche ce qui te fait vibrer haut (joie, paix, bonheur, gratitude, ...) pass ce qui te fais vibrer bas (colère, jalousie, haine, stress, ...) Quand tu décideras, ici et maintenant, de te connecter à un truc qui te fais du bien, tu le vivras. Si tu décide de te connecter à l'autre côté, tu le vivras. PS : grâce à ton libre arbitre, tu peux changer ce que tu veux voir dans ta vie à chaque moment présent. Pour arriver à tout ça, il te faudra trouver la conscience dans le moment présent. C'est aussi simple que ça. C'est la conscience qui te permettra de te rendre compte comment tu vibres dans le moment présent.
