As a freshman in 2018-19, Antwann Jones played a UConn team that finished 16-17 in Dan Hurley’s first season, was 9th in the American and started Christian Vital, Sid Wilson, Tyler Polley and Tarin Smith.

That averages out to 11th annually. He wants to be the best. He doesn’t average top 10 in yards the last 4 years.

The Eagles remain open to trading AJ Brown, the Patriots remain highly interested in acquiring the star receiver, and conversations are expected to resume shortly on or before June 1, likely culminating in a deal, per league sources. As one source said about the Patriots' pursuit of Brown, they'll “definitely be engaging then.” A trade to New England is now considered likely.

@EaglesXsandOs I find it very hard to believe an elite program with the resources of Ohio State is fitting their players incorrectly in cleats. I do agree with your statement about equipment upgrades. It is a great way to increase productivity.

For those who’ve followed me for a while, you know how strongly I believe equipment upgrades are one of the most untapped sources of edge in the NFL.
Better cleats for traction, better facemask design for vision, better gloves for catching and blocking, flak jacket design and strategically placed undershirts for tackle breaking, better pad design for flexibility, especially shoulder pads that allow receivers to fully extend, the list goes on.
It was amazing how many times sideline reporters said the Eagles were wearing the wrong cleats in the 1st half in bad weather games and had to switch them at half the past few seasons

NEW: Jaxon Smith-Njigba wore a size 12 at Ohio State and had hamstring issues. Seattle switched him to a 10.5 and the problems went away. The Seahawks have been using body scans to customize gear for each player and it’s paying off 👏

If you put your kid in this “training” at 7yo it is nothing more than a fancy daycare
At 7-14yo your kid doesn’t need training or to specialize in a sport. They need to be a kid.
Play multiple sports. Play pickup sports with their friends outside. Not every waking moment needs to be scheduled for kids.
If you disagree with me then go listen to all the pro athletes who say the same thing

I train kids from every sport imaginable. They all train as “athletes” If a 7-14 year old gets more athletic - they’ll get better at their sport.

@ProFootballTalk Ha ha nice article. Try and find a team that doesn’t want to make an opponent one dimensional. Most DC’s will always want to stop the run first and force the QB into pass situations. It’s called winning football.
