My sister gave birth to a red-haired daughter. But she and her husband are both dark-haired. No one in our family has red hair. My sister insists that her husband's great-grandfather was red-haired, and that's how it was passed down. Her husband didn't believe her, especially since she has this one red-haired colleague at work. Anyway, he insisted on a DNA test, which they did after huge fights and screaming matches. My sister threw the paper in his face. It showed 99.9% he's the father. But he still doesn't believe it, says the test could have been faked or someone paid off the lab. He wants to do another one at a different lab, but my sister is afraid this will definitely lead them to divorce He's not even talking to my sister right now. But he says it's better to find out the truth and live with a clear conscience. He doesn't want to raise someone else's child. I believe my sister 100%, but I have to admit the situation is pretty bizarre. Does anyone know anything about genetics?

I took my kid to an afterschool activity. It’s about a 10 minute drive. On my way I counted: 8 Range Rovers 7 Mercedes GL SUV 4 BMW X series SUV 4 Audi SUV 3 Tesla SUV 1 Aston Martin Car All immigrants. All brand new. I saw 2 white people my entire drive. F150 couple years old Toyota Tacoma probably 10 years old What the fuck is going on here?

@NickWestbyNew Some state schools do have Yom Kippur and other Jewish holidays off of course: they are specifically Jewish schools (though the one my grand-children attends has some Muslim children too. They get Jewish holidays off too.

So, some schools are closed tomorrow for Eid. Why? We are not an islamic country, so it should not be happening. We don't have days off for Diwali, Yom Kippur etc, so why, yet again, do moslems get special treatment? Our whole country is being upset to pander to 6% of us.

If the asylum and immigration reforms are the right reforms Parliament should get a chance to debate, scrutinise and agree or stop them. That’s why I have tabled edm 2908 which is a parliamentary measure to trigger that process.

So hope this is true. @UKLabour have more to fear from those appalled by the proposed going to @TheGreenParty or @LibDems when it will never persuade @reformparty_uk voters anyhow. Agree @RupaHuq?

Lambeth Council does not appear to be on X but if anyone at the council reads this, please act. I have been trying to secure an appointment for a citizenship ceremony since the 19th Feb. The applicant is elderly, unwell & desperately in need of a British passport to make what he calls a last journey. For various reasons he cannot get a passport from his country of birth. If you have a responsibility for this stage in the citizenship process, you should be able to fulfil your obligations. It's a mandatory step that must be satisfied within 3 months of the grant. Not only are there no appointments, you have not responded to a single email to an address you advertise. #LambethCouncil #HomeOffice

@AndrewYang Does that have anything to do why less people travel here? I would assume it is because Europeans would rather go to low cost destinations. Places in South East Asia are warm, beautiful, and cheap. The US is amazing but it is also crazy expensive to vacation for a week.
