@TiVo Purchased Edge 10 months ago. Hardware stopped working. After 2 hours and 6 calls for additional charge replacement box sent (refurbished). It’s defective. Need customer service and non-defective product. 17 year customer. Very unhappy with TiVo. Please contact me.

@BofA_Help - Set up account for my 12 year old son. Had 2 PlayStation charges for $5 each. Did not have $ in his account. Received 2x $35 overdraft fees. Called customer service. 1 removed. BAO will lose a lifetime customer over a $35 fee. Please help. Very frustrated.

@chicagosmayor - instead of giving away free gas and cash, could you please focus on the crime problem which includes on the CTA, car jacking and robberies. I’ve lived in the city 25 years and under your watch this is the worst I have seen. Robberies & Carjackings

@chicagosmayor You need to do better controlling crime in the city. I’ve lived in Lakeview 25 years - yesterday my neighbors were robbed in the middle of the day, last month there was a mugging across the street and there have been numerous other incidents. Please do more.

Problem continues. It’s been 3 weeks and I want my rental property at 644 West Schubert Chicago 60614 which is a 5 unit building to be listed as the 5 unit building it is not a 50 unit community. I can’t list it for rent. Can a customer service person please email or call me??

Why is @zillow customer service terrible? I have been emailing them for 3 days to try to get them to solve a simple problem. Wish they'd respond
