19 years ago I couldn’t go to Seville to see my team play in the final because I had my Computing Exam at school….19yrs later and I’m now a Computing teacher with a large chunk of my class missing as they are away to watch their team in Seville! Life has went full circle!

As a wee boy, I didn’t think my first experience of watching Scotland at a major tournament would be as a teacher in a classroom... but it turns out it feels just the same getting beat on the big stage as it does before you’ve qualified 😭
