In writing about Evander Kane, I had memory-holed the details of his trade to Buffalo. It's wild. Feb. 2015: Kane, Zach Bogosian and Jason Kasdorf to Sabres for 1st in 2015 (Jack Roscovic), Joel Armia, Brendan Lemieux, Tyler Myers and Drew Stafford. Oh, Tim Murray...
