We need your help locating Dao Thi Pham. She was last seen yesterday in the area of 4700 Marlborough Ave. Dao has memory issues that place her AT RISK. Dao is described as a 75-year-old Vietnamese Female, with black and grey hair, brown eyes, 5’1” tall, and 130 pounds.
