Power is fully restored in Licton Springs! Crews worked all day repairing extensive tree damage to our equipment. While ~2,000 customers were restored early, ~760 were out much longer. Thank you for your patience as we worked to get everyone back online!

4:55 P.M. Update: Crews are making progress. The estimated restoration time is now 6:30 p.m. for the 767 customers w/o power in Licton Springs. We’ve replaced the two downed poles and are working to restore several spans of overhead wire. Thank you for your continued patience!

Hey @SEACityLight! Would love to explore the new TOU rate but apparently I don't have enough data? Any thoughts on how I can gauge usage?

@godzillachomps The outage was caused by a bad underground cable. The outage was restored after troubleshooting and isolation of the bad cable was complete.

@SEACityLight @mattngsanity I couldn’t find the event on the outage site after it was restored. What was the cause?
