However, as mentioned in previous communications, we remain committed to resolving this matter through the appropriate channel.

I have been subjected to the behaviour of Sefe’s team @SEFEEnergyUK colluding with a criminal Energy Broker at the peak of the Energy Crisis , arranging undeclared ‘rip off’ Commission & assisting the misleading of my business by a Broker whose declared mission was to treat me as an ‘opportunity that they didn’t want to miss’ ! I have tried to discuss the duress I was put under and have found no desire to talk to me properly as a customer forcing me to involve lawyers but now to even try to have a face to face meeting I am told I have to pay between £2,000- £4,000 to do so ! There is no help from @ofgem or Ombudsman available . Most recently I have been threatened with my supply being cut off despite my efforts to try to resolve the matter . Mark Eccles the CEO needs to know his business is treating an SME owner of 35 years in business to Big Business thuggery and I would like to talk to him and tell him the whole story - I think we would resolve the matter ? @bhatti_saqib @Ed_Miliband @ClaireCoutinho
