I dont desire to debate subjective topics like if you think teo lost a fight he officially won. What I'll comment on is that the mechanism of winning the ring belt (#1 in the division has to fight number 2, or beating the guy who earned) makes it the most difficult to earn. Which is why it's the most acclaimed belt in boxing. Which is why there are only 8 ring champs across 17 weight classes.
