All the hoopla of #homecoming can be a little distracting, so if you’re Mrs. Macdonald, you turn tug-o-war into a #physics lesson. For every action, there’s an equal and opposite reaction 💪… looks like these Troubies might have an advantage Wednesday 👀.

The Troubie Robotics Team, Cybersecurity Team, Science Olympiad and other STEM clubs were on hand at the “Ask Me Anything” Conference to meet remarkable speakers and newsworthy role models from North America’s top aviation and aerospace fields today!

Homecoming Week kicks off Monday, and we want to start by giving back. The SFHS Food Drive means a lot to the @SacFoodBank each year, and the need is as great as ever in 2021. Don’t forget to bring your cans, baby food/formula, and Hala packaged meat and seafood Monday!!

Our favorite STEM 👸 were back at it again, as the SFHS Fembots were at @SACAMuseum Saturday sharing their knowledge with the next generation as part of the “We Can Do It Together Inspiring Girls in STEM” event.

The Troubies kick off homecoming each year with a food drive, as we look to give back to and serve our community. This year, the need is as great as ever. Here’s how you can help!

It's a thrill a minute in Physics, as these Troubie #STEM 🌟🌟🌟 spent time this week designing their own rollercoasters. Tall tracks, tight turns, and even an upside loop highlight some of the elements students created for their marble "passengers".
