Alt med supporters often think of themselves as being attacked by the government. In reality they often get direct and indirect government support. @contact.sfsm/how-the-government-supports-alt-med-c8c2a3fcad5e" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">medium.com/@contact.sfsm/…

@RozzieVox @DrNeilStone reminds me of what my father says when some people talk about how measles wasn't bad when they were kids "people didn't get bad cases of measles when I was a kid, we'd just have students that suddenly stopped showing up at school"

people like this are why its a fool's errand to appease alt med types, they believe in a conspiracy so they think that any chemical that's been removed can be secretly added back in

As long as you continue to be a danger to children’s health, Mr Cartland, I will mock you and encourage others to do the same. Scum like you deserves nothing less. If you can’t stand the heat, crawl the fuck out of the proverbial kitchen 👋🏼 Dr CF

@NicHulscher Alcohol also suppresses cancer in a lab, are you suggesting we'd get drunk to cure cancer?

I have developed multiple compounds that kill cancer cells in vitro and don't harm healthy cells. One of them has also been successful in mice. I am not stupid enough to recommend them to anyone with cancer. Cancer should always be treated by an oncologist - not a Xitter grifter.
Nicolas Hulscher, MPH@NicHulscher

Both lemongrass and dandelion root extracts eliminate human cancer cells in the lab and suppress human tumor growth in mice by ~95% — with ZERO harm to healthy cells. Common, non-toxic plants shown to HALT tumor growth in animal models deserve immediate clinical trials.

I am settling in for a showing of ‘Melania’ and the theater is PACKED! Earlier, a bystander asked if I was heading in to see Avatar, and I stopped dead in my tracks. “Avatar? No, son,” I curtly replied. “I don’t watch woke movies. I’m here to see the groundbreaking documentary about our incredibly talented First Lady.” The man’s two little girls began jumping up and down, pulling on his sleeve, and begging, “Daddy, we want to see Melania!” “But. But…” he stammered, “I thought you girls wanted to see Zootopia 2?” “No, no, NO,” they said, now nearly shouting. “We want to see Melania!! She is the most beautiful First Lady EVER.” Their father was scrambling, stressed out, and disoriented. “Girls, I’m afraid you aren’t the only ones who are captivated by President Trump and his beautiful wife,” I said, kneeling to get on their level. “Virtually everyone in this theater is here for the 7:30 PM showing, and it’s been sold out for days.” Tears began to well up in their eyes. “But…” I said in a hushed tone, “I happen to have a few extra tickets with me, and I’d like you and your dad to have them.” They jumped for joy and began hugging their father. He looked relieved as he wiped the sweat off his brow with a smile. I handed him the tickets and pulled him close. “Raise these girls right,” I whispered. “Teach them to be classy conservative women of faith like Melania, don’t let them become like Meghan Markle. Capisce?” He hugged me and thanked me profusely. “What are you going to do now?” He asked. “Don’t worry about me, son,” I told him, with a twinkle in my eye. “I’ve already got tickets to the next showing.”

Antivaxxers have some explaining to do. In this four-year mRNA safety study from France, which includes: • 23 million vaccinated people • 6 million unvaccinated people • Ages 18–59 Vaccinated individuals had a significantly lower all-cause mortality rate, as well as lower COVID-19 death and disease rates, compared to unvaccinated individuals. This included lower rates of: • Cancer • Pregnancy complications • Birth defects • Heart problems • Mental disorders So it appears that the antivaxxers were wrong yet again. Further evidence that mRNA vaccines are safe and effective. Let’s see whether they will acknowledge this data — or continue to deny it and lie. @MakisMedicine @MaryBowdenMD @stkirsch @BretWeinstein I'm talking to you... jamanetwork.com/journals/jaman… #MedTwitter #MedEd #ClinicalTwitter #Residency #MedEd

Celiac disease predates glyphosate by decades. If glyphosate caused celiac disease, a single well-designed epidemiological study should show it. After 40+ years, none do.

RFK Jr exposes why Gluten Allergies skyrocketed... “2006 marks the date when suddenly these gluten allergies began exploding...celiac disease & wheat problems...You can draw a red line: 2006—the year they began spraying GLYPHOSATE on wheat as a DESICCANT.”

@BadMedicalTakes This kind just point to the concept that because many of the illnesses are so far removed from recent generations that people are assuming the prevention measure are worse then the disease simply because they've never seen the effects of it.

Conspiracy mentality and science illiteracy are linked to believing: - Cancer cures are being suppressed - GMOs cause cancer and corporations are covering it up - Zika virus was caused by a genetically modified mosquito - Childhood vaccines are unsafe and cause disorders like autism semanticscholar.org/paper/The-role…

@jonathanstea @RblSports I remember when they felt more confident they would actually suggest things, one person argued that like 5% of working age people died and that's why there were help wanted signs everywhere.
