Thanks a bunch to @alonamit for leading today's SF math teacher circle. Explored a fascinating (and different) way to visualize functions. Spent time searching for fixed points, blinkers, & trinkers. Functions as simple as f(x)=-1/(1+x) were amazing!

@farrarscott @benorlin I'd call it an algorithm more than a game. But how are you defining a game?

@benorlin Something in the back of my head ... @SF_MTC refresh my memory? Is fair sharing a game? is it strategic for some cases? e.g. the case for 2 is solved with a tie "I cut you choose"

What, in your opinion, is the world's most elegant game? Let's say elegant = "simple basic rules generating beautiful, complex outcomes." Candidates might includes go, soccer/football, and (my vote) peekaboo.

Wonderful Saturday morning doing some math at the @SF_MTC . Also wonderful to say that I solve Rubik's cubes for a living.
