I strongly condemn the derogatory remarks made by Aam Aadmi Party leader and former Delhi Chief Minister Atishi against Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib Ji in the Delhi Vidhan Sabha. Such statement reflects the low mentality of the AAP leadership. The remarks made by Atishi are deeply hurtful to Sikh sentiments, and the Sikh community will never tolerate such disrespect. Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib Ji, the ninth Guru of the Sikhs, laid down his life in Delhi to protect religion and uphold the principles of humanity. It is extremely unfortunate that the Opposition leader in the Delhi Vidhan Sabha used such derogatory language against Guru Sahib. This incident exposes the mindset and thinking of the Aam Aadmi Party. I demand that the Vidhan Sabha membership of Atishi be cancelled immediately. I also ask the AAP leadership to clarify whether they will take strict action against their leader for this unacceptable conduct.”

Punjab government led by CM @BhagwantMann is playing politics on the issue related to 328 sacred saroops of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. The state government is adopting a dual policy and playing with Sikh sentiments. On one hand, incidents of sacrilege have been continuously coming to light during the tenure of the Bhagwant Mann government, while on the other hand, in order to divert public attention from these serious issues, deliberate interference is being made in the internal administrative affairs of the SGPC. Bhagwant Mann is indulging in such politics to please his political master @ArvindKejriwal and to safeguard his chief ministerial position. Bhagwant Mann government has proved to be a complete failure in delivering justice in cases of sacrilege, including the Bargari sacrilege case. Not only has the government failed to ensure punishment for the guilty, it has also not taken any concrete or effective steps to prevent incidents of sacrilege. The SGPC is an institution elected by the Sikh Panth, and by violating its independent existence, identity and constitutional sanctity, the Mann government is working under a specific agenda to weaken this central institution of the Sikh minority. It is completely unacceptable for any government to deliberately misrepresent the administrative matters of the SGPC and indulge in opportunistic politics. Punjab government should refrain from politicising the issue of the 328 sacred saroops, which has already been resolved by the SGPC, and should not compel the community to resort to a strong struggle on this issue.

In the case concerning 328 sacred saroops (scriptures) of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji, the Punjab Government is interfering in the affairs of Sikh institution, @SGPCAmritsar. Despite the government having accepted before the Punjab and Haryana High Court that the SGPC is a competent institution and is authorised to take action in its administrative matters, the registration of an FIR proves the government’s political intent. By doing so, the government is also challenging the authority of Sri Akal Takht Sahib, because the investigation by Dr Ishar Singh led Commission was conducted on the directions of Sri Akal Takht Sahib, and it was Sri Akal Takht Sahib itself which, on the basis of the investigation report, directed the SGPC to take action. The SGPC implemented the recommendations of Dr Ishar Singh’s investigation report in letter and spirit and has already taken action against every employee, from the lowest to the highest ranks, after which there is no justification for interference by the government or the police. Hon'ble High Court's order being cited by the Punjab Government to justify the registration of the FIR actually includes an affidavit by the government itself stating that the jurisdiction lies with the Sikh Gurdwara Judicial Commission. Thereafter, the Hon’ble Court had asked the petitioner to file a reply, during the hearing of which the petitioner’s counsel mentioned a letter written by the Home Secretary to the DGP, following which the court dismissed the petition. There was no direction anywhere in this order to register an FIR. This clearly exposes the government’s double standards. Because on one hand the government is acknowledging the SGPC as a competent body is authorised to take action, while on the other hand it is getting an FIR registered on the false pretext of a court order. This a political move by the Mann government, which has made its interference in Sikh affairs evident. In another case pending in the High Court since 2021, the then government had taken the stand that under the Sikh Gurdwaras Act, the SGPC is decisive in its own administrative affairs. In that case, the government had clearly stated that it is not appropriate for the government to interfere in the service rules of a Sikh institution. The case is still pending before the court. One accused in this case, Jujhar Singh, filed petition before the Police Commissioner, who closed the matter after the SGPC presented its stand, citing it as an administrative issue of the SGPC. From all these actions of the government, it is clear that this is an administrative matter of the SGPC, in which there is no justification for interference by the government or the police. @BhagwantMann government is deliberately trying to create confusion about the Sikh institution, which will not be accepted. In accordance with the directions of Sri Akal Takht Sahib, the government will not be allowed to interfere in the affairs of Sikh institutions. The matter is extremely serious, and the SGPC has shown no leniency towards anyone, nor will it do so in the future. The SGPC is not supporting any accused, and the false propaganda being spread in this regard will not be tolerated. Protecting those against whom action has already been taken has never been the objective of the SGPC. The resolution through which legal action had earlier been approved was withdrawn in a subsequent resolution, on the advice of experts, and the decision was taken to proceed with action by the SGPC itself. All actions were completed accordingly. Even after some employees approached the High Court, and in compliance with the court’s directions, the concerned employees were reinstated and then suspended again with immediate effect, and till date no favouritism has been shown to anyone. This has been the commitment of the Sikh institution and will always remain so. In the matter of CA Satinder Singh Kohli, a case for recovery of money is ongoing before the Sikh Gurdwara Judicial Commission, with the next date fixed in January 2026. The SGPC has never shown any laxity in this matter, and follow-up action was initiated immediately after the decision of the Commission. Strict action is continuing in this regard. @AamAadmiParty came to power by doing politics over cases of sacrilege, but after failing on that front, it is now indulging in politics by going against its own affidavits filed in courts. @PbGovtIndia is even silent in the case of Dera Sacha Sauda head Gurmeet Ram Rahim. While the SGPC has approached the High Court and the Supreme Court to oppose the parole and furlough being granted to Gurmeet Ram Rahim, the Bhagwant Mann government of Punjab, by maintaining silence, is indirectly helping him.

ਬਾਬਾ ਬਲਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਾੜਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਅਕਾਲ ਚਲਾਣਾ ਕਰ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਖਬਰ ਦੁਖਦਾਈ ਹੈ। ਬਾਬਾ ਬਲਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਜਿਥੇ ਪ੍ਰੰਪਰਿਕ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਅੰਦਰ ਸਿੱਖੀ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ, ਉਥੇ ਹੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਨੂੰ ਡਿਜੀਟਲ ਮਾਧਿਅਮ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਈਸ਼ਰ ਮਾਈਕਰੋ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਕੌਮ ਲਈ ਵੱਡੀ ਦੇਣ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਉਪਰਾਲੇ ਦਾ ਕੇਵਲ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਦੇ ਖੋਜੀ ਹੀ ਲਾਹਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੈ ਰਹੇ, ਸਗੋਂ ਆਮ ਸਿੱਖ ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਅੱਜ ਦੇ ਇੰਟਰਨੈੱਟ ਦੇ ਯੁੱਗ ਅੰਦਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਇਸ ਦੇਣ ਨੂੰ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਯਾਦ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਦੁੱਖ ਦੀ ਘੜੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਨੇਹੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਹਮਦਰਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ।

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਤੇਗ ਬਹਾਦਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੀ 350 ਸਾਲਾ ਸ਼ਤਾਬਦੀ ਮੌਕੇ ਵੱਖਰੇ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਪੱਧਰ 'ਤੇ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਜਾਣੇ ਪੰਥਕ ਭਾਵਨਾ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਹਨ। ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਪੱਖੋਂ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਸਿਰਫ ਸਿੱਖ ਮਰਯਾਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਇਤਿਹਾਸਿਕ ਸੰਵੇਦਨਸ਼ੀਲਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਗਹਿਰਾਈ ਨਾਲ ਸਮਝਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ ਹੀ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਹੂਲਤ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ। ਬੀਤੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿੱਖ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਦੇ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਮੌਕਿਆਂ 'ਤੇ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੀ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ, ਜਦਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਿਰਫ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕੀ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਤੀਸ਼ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਤਤਕਾਲੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਸੇਧ ਲੈਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਸ਼ਤਾਬਦੀ ਨੂੰ ਮਨਾਉਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਗੁਰਦਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦਾ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਨਾ ਕਿ ਵੱਖਰੇ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਕੇ ਪੰਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੇਲੋੜੀ ਚਰਚਾ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। The Punjab government's holding of separate government-level events on the occasion of the 350th Shatabdi of Sri Guru Teg Bahadar Sahib Ji is against the Panthic spirit. From a religious point of view, such events can only be held by organizations that deeply understand Sikh Maryada and historical sensitivity. The job of governments is to make arrangements for the convenience of the Sangat. In the past, events on important occasions in Sikh history have always been held under the leadership of the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee, while governments have only provided administrative support. The Punjab government should take guidance from the Nitish Kumar government and the then Akali government of Punjab and should support the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee in celebrating this Shatabdi, and not create unnecessary discussion in the Panth by talking about holding separate events.

Strongly object to Punjab Government’s announcement of organizing separate official events to mark the 350th martyrdom anniversary of Sri Guru Teg Bahadar. The SGPC, as the premier religious body of the Sikh community, is solely entitled to organize such historic centenary events, with the support of Sikh organizations and the wider sangat (pilgrims). The primary role of the government is to provide administrative assistance for the convenience of pilgrims—not to interfere in religious affairs. Only religious institutions that deeply understand Sikh traditions and historical sensitivities are suited to hold such events. There are precedents in the past that all major events in Sikh history have always been led by the SGPC, while governments have only extended logistical support. Previous Akali-led state governments had set a precedent by offering administrative aid without encroaching on the religious domain. Similarly, during the 350th birth anniversary of Sri Guru Gobind Singh, the Bihar government extended full infrastructural support, while the religious responsibilities were handled by the relevant Sikh bodies. If the current Punjab Government plans to develop Anandpur Sahib as a White City, create tent cities, or provide other necessary infrastructure for Sangat, the SGPC would welcome such initiatives. However, organizing events in parallel to a central Sikh religious institution is not acceptable in any form. Such actions appear to be an attempt to create unnecessary conflict during a historically significant time. The half-centenary martyrdom events will be inclusive, and it has already been announced that senior leaders and representatives from both the Centre and state governments will be invited. Therefore, the Punjab Government should play a cooperative role rather than organizing parallel events that could spark needless controversy within the Panth. @PbGovtIndia @CMOPbIndia @BhagwantMann @harjotbains

ਸੱਚਖੰਡ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਹਰਿਮੰਦਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲ ਰਹੇ ਧਮਕੀ ਭਰੇ ਈ-ਪੱਤਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿਚ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਸਾਂਸਦ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਸ਼ਵੇਤ ਮਲਿਕ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਪੁੱਜ ਕੇ ਮੁਲਾਕਾਤ ਕੀਤੀ। ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਅਤੇ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਮਿਤ ਸ਼ਾਹ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਸੰਵੇਦਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝਦਿਆਂ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਸਾਂਸਦ ਤੇ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਆਗੂ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਸ਼ਵੇਤ ਮਲਿਕ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਮੈਂ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਦੁੱਖ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਿੱਖ ਕੌਮ ਦੇ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਅਸਥਾਨ ਸੱਚਖੰਡ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਹਰਿਮੰਦਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਇਸ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਮਾਮਲੇ ’ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਤੇ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਅਜੇ ਤੀਕ ਕਿਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ।

ਸੱਚਖੰਡ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਹਰਿਮੰਦਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਸਮੁੱਚੀ ਮਨੁੱਖਤਾ ਲਈ ਸਰਬਸਾਂਝਾ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਹੈ, ਜਿਥੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਤੋਂ ਲੱਖਾਂ ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਰੋਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਨਤਮਸਤਕ ਹੁੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਅਸਥਾਨ ’ਤੇ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਕਰਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਧਮਕੀਆਂ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਆ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਈਮੇਲਾਂ ਗਹਿਰੀ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਦਾ ਵਿਸ਼ਾ ਹੈ। ਬੀਤੀ 14 ਜੁਲਾਈ ਤੋਂ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਈਮੇਲਾਂ ਆ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣੂ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਚੁੱਕਾ ਹੈ, ਪਰੰਤੂ ਦੁੱਖ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਜੇ ਤੀਕ ਇਹ ਈਮੇਲਾਂ ਭੇਜਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਪਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੱਗ ਸਕਿਆ। ਇਹ ਵੱਡਾ ਸਵਾਲ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਆ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਈਮੇਲਾਂ ਕੇਵਲ ਕਿਸੇ ਸ਼ੈਤਾਨੀ ਦਿਮਾਗ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਰਾਰਤ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੱਡੀ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ। ਕਿਤੇ ਸਰਬਸਾਂਝੀਵਾਲਤਾ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਪਾਵਨ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਵੱਡੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਿਚ ਨਤਮਸਤਕ ਹੋਣ ਆਉਂਦੀਆਂ ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਡਰ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਤਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ, ਇਹ ਵੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਜ਼ੁੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਇਹ ਪਤਾ ਲਗਾਏ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਈਮੇਲਾਂ ਕਿਸ ਥਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਆ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਕਿਸ ਸਰਵਰ, ਆਈਪੀ ਐਡਰੈਸ ਤੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਬੀਤੀ 15 ਅਤੇ 16 ਜੁਲਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਆਈਆਂ ਈਮੇਲਾਂ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਸ. ਗੁਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਔਜਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਭੇਜੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ, ਪਰੰਤੂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਸ ’ਤੇ ਚੁੱਪੀ ਸਵਾਲ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਹੈਰਾਨੀਜਨਕ ਗੱਲ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਈਮੇਲਾਂ ਅਹਿਮ ਸ਼ਖ਼ਸੀਅਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਦੁਰਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਭੇਜੀਆਂ ਜਾ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਪਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅਜੇ ਤੀਕ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਪਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਕਿਹੜੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਬਣਾਏ ਗਏ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ ’ਤੇ ਜਾਅਲੀ ਖ਼ਾਤਿਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵੀ ਕਈ ਵਾਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਾਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਪਰੰਤੂ ਸਾਈਬਰ ਸੈੱਲ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਪੁਖ਼ਤਾ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਦਰਸਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਸਿੱਖ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਦੇ ਸਰੋਕਾਰਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਸੰਜੀਦਾ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਰੱਖਦੀਆਂ। ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਸੁਹਿਰਦਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਆਪਣੀ ਜ਼ੁੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਨਿਭਾਅ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੂਰੀ ਮੁਸਤੈਦੀ ਨਾਲ ਸੱਚਖੰਡ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਹਰਿਮੰਦਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਦਰਬਾਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਦਾ ਧਿਆਨ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸੱਚਖੰਡ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਹਰਿਮੰਦਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿਖੇ ਨਤਮਸਤਕ ਹੋਣ ਲਈ ਆਉਣ ਸਮੇਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਡਰ ਨਾ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ। ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਦੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਵੱਡੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਿਚ ਨਤਮਸਤਕ ਹੋਣ ਪੁੱਜ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ।

ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਪ੍ਰਸਿੱਧ ਸਿੱਖ ਦੌੜਾਕ ਸ. ਫੌਜਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਅਕਾਲ ਚਲਾਣੇ ਦੀ ਖਬਰ ਸੁਣ ਕੇ ਮਨ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਦੁੱਖ ਹੋਇਆ। ਸ. ਫੌਜਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਅੰਦਰ 114 ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਵਡੇਰੀ ਉਮਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਜਜ਼ਬਾ ਅਤੇ ਹਿੰਮਤ ਕੁੱਟ ਕੁੱਟ ਕੇ ਭਰੀ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਨਾ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਸਿੱਖ ਕੌਮ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਰੌਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤਾ, ਸਗੋਂ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਭਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਉਚਿਆਂ ਕੀਤਾ। ਸ. ਫੌਜਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਦਾ ਜੀਵਨ ਸਮੁੱਚੀ ਮਾਨਵਤਾ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਨਾ ਸਰੋਤ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਸਾਬਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਉਮਰ ਵਿਚ ਜਜ਼ਬੇ ਨਾਲ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਮੁਕਾਮ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਅਡੋਲ ਜਜ਼ਬਾ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਸਦਾ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਨਾਦਾਇਕ ਰਹੇਗਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਹਮਦਰਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਅਰਦਾਸ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਗੁਰੂ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿਛੜੀ ਰੂਹ ਨੂੰ ਚਰਨਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਨਿਵਾਸ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਣਾ ਮੰਨਣ ਦਾ ਬਲ ਬਖਸ਼ਣ। The incident of world famous Sikh runner S. Fauja Singh’s demise has saddend the heart . S. Fauja Singh was full of passion and courage even at the advanced age of 114 years. He not only brought glory to the Sikh community, but also raised the pride of Punjabis all over the world. S. Baba Banda Singh Bahadar, after receiving blessings from the tenth Guru, Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji, demolished the Mughal rule and established the first Sikh state, making Lohgarh his capital. His identity is recorded in Sikh history as Baba Banda Singh Bahadar. The attempts to blur the Sikh identity of Baba Ji from government platforms are a highly condemnable act and conspiracy. The Government of India should ensure that no one tampers with the name of Baba Banda Singh Bahadar. Strongly object to an animation video created using AI by YouTuber @dhruv_rathee , which features the Tenth Guru, Sri Guru Gobind Singh, and the Sahibzadas. The video should be taken down immediately and I urge the government to take the strictest possible action against such practices. The history of Sikh Gurus and Sikh personalities is a sacred and inviolable heritage, and no individual has the right to distort or misrepresent it. No film or animation depicting the Sikh Gurus or their families can be created, as the @SGPCAmritsar has already passed resolutions imposing a complete ban on such portrayals. Aside from historical inaccuracies, the inclusion of AI-generated visuals depicting the Sikh Gurus in Dhruv Rathee’s video has hurt religious sentiments of Sikh community. Such portrayals violate Sikh principles and traditions, as in Sikhi, the Gurus, Sahibzadas, and their families cannot be represented in human form or in films. Therefore, this YouTuber has acted in contradiction to Sikh tenets. Call upon the YouTuber to immediately remove the video and warn him that if the video is not taken down, the SGPC will initiate legal proceedings against him. @dhruv_rathee

SGPC Initiative for Shelter and Langar in Gurdwaras Amidst India-Pakistan Tensions Amritsar, May 7 In view of the tense situation between India and Pakistan, the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC), the representative body of the Sikh community, has taken the initiative to provide shelter in Gurdwara inns (sarais) for people being displaced from border areas. SGPC President Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami has directed arrangements to be made for accommodation and langar (community meals) at historic gurdwaras located in border regions for such people. SGPC Secretary Partap Singh, while sharing details, said that due to the escalating tensions between India and Pakistan, it has been decided to offer both shelter and food at SGPC-managed gurdwaras for the affected residents of border areas. He further said that, under the directives of President Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami, the managers of various gurdwaras have been instructed to make these arrangements.
