The time for #CalCare is now! Hundreds of activists across the state showed up energized for our first Weekend of Action this year. Together, we WILL pass #AB2200 and guarantee health care as a human right for everyone in our state! ✊

This week, the San Gabriel Valley Progressives voted to reaffirm our support for #CalCare, newly introduced as AB 2200. Please have your organization recommit their support using the CalCare 2024 Bill Endorsement Form: act.medicare4all.org/signup/calcare…

Please show your support for guaranteed comprehensive health care as right to all Californians by calling Assemblywoman Rubio's office (916-319-2048) and ask her to support CalCare (AB 2200).

Shortly after our legislative visit with the Assemblywoman, we were very happily surprised to hear CalCare was formally reintroduced into the California Assembly as AB 2200.

We will have follow-up meetings to try to convince her that we, the people of California, can fund CalCare with state dollars and federal waivers, saving us billions on healthcare.

This week, members of the San Gabriel Valley Progressives were very happy to have a legislative visit with Assemblywoman Blanca Rubio (representing Assembly District 48) to discuss #CalCare, the California Guaranteed Health Care for All Act.
