@CEast86 Who is on your safeguarding team? Lots of different roles and purposes. You need someone who is also SLT and can step in just in case ( as my DSL says) you are hit by a bus. #safeguarding

@ghyllbank @CEast86 Gosh that must be hard, but it must mean that you work well together. #safeguarding

@CEast86 We struggle at our small school there are 2 of us to do safeguarding, but it does mean we know all students instantly and their backgrounds.
