The Cavs lack culture, identity, toughness — all of it. They barely skated by in the first two rounds off superior talent with inconsistent focus. When they met a team as talented, they got crushed.

Shouldn't have blown an 8 point lead with 6 minutes left in Toronto Game 4, or shouldn't have turned it over with the lead in overtime in Game 6 vs Toronto, or shouldn't have gotten blown out at home in Game 6 vs Detroit with the momentum riding your way.

It’s over for this Cavs core. The Harden trade failed. Mitchell’s playmaking is unreliable. Their defense is unserious. Their habits as a team are appalling. Atkinson may be gone. Mitchell may demand out. This is an extremely embarrassing showing. Major change will follow.
