@BoyJacobs2 Looking at all the grass coming from that storm drain shows how ActionSA has neglected Tshwane clean-up operations. Worse of all, one 1 drain gets done and if lucky maybe next month the one down the street will get cleaned.

@nasiphim @CityTshwane Still don't understand modes of operande of this administration fixing lights, potholes, cleaning storm drains, prune trees, etc... Why dont start a begining of street and work it to the end. Now they do 50m and next month the next 50 m and then dont even cleanup after them.

@CilliersB Walk around Centurion you find many asbestos pipe burst, yes fix but left open and unprotected. The build a bridge over a sinkhole but off site many pipe just lie there for somebody to take.

I just spent over 2 hours in Connie Bapela Chambers listening to what sounded more like a political campaign speech than a Budget Speech. Walking out, I noticed a broken window inside the chambers. A building not even 10 years old already reflects the decay of Joburg itself.

My personal observation. They have not been inflitrated by the apartheid intellegence services, they are already taken over by apartheid intellegence services through the DA machinery.
