@Fat_Electrician Performance and value. This means that if you’re working at Mc Donald’s then your pay is based on how much profits that specific location makes. Part of that money then divides to the staff. Management makes more as the responsibility is much higher. Then the leads and so on. 8$

I fucking hate the “minimum wage is for high schoolers” talking point. A. No it isn’t, that’s historically inaccurate. B. Telling a kid to work hard and earn money the “right” way, then turning around and saying he deserves less just because of his age is bullshit. Pay should be based on performance. Nothing else. If you’re against raising the minimum wage, that’s fine. Make a better argument that isn’t belittling kids trying to work hard and earn something for themselves.

Pete Hegseth — the most unqualified Defense Secretary in modern history — blocked the promotion of two Black and two women Army officers. Let’s stop playing.
This isn’t a coincidence — it’s discrimination. These are servicemembers who earned their rank, served with distinction, and put their lives on the line for this country — and they deserve better than this mess. I’m demanding answers. crockett.house.gov/media/press-re…

@polmadsci @DapperDomo Your right. I just figured (with the original post) we were saying things that weren’t true but make us feel good. Are these not the rules layed before us by liberals? 😂

@trouble_man90 @CharnyKev You’re an idiot. She kept prison inmates longer than their sentences for cheap work detail for her state. Literally a modern day slave owner that woman is.

@CharnyKev Kamala has the most tangible, concrete, progressive accomplishments than any of the other potential candidates. From battling big banks and corporations to protections for the lgbtq community. She has done things other candidates only talk about.

Not only will Kamala be the most progressive person on the stage in 2028, she will also have the most foreign policy experience. That’s going to mean a lot if the Iran war is still on going.

Where was y'all in history class when they explained when and why Democrats and Republicans ended up switching names... And even if you missed that lesson, David Duke endorsed Trump.

@attiep85 @TheOwlCrow @SeanTheTerrible Even Bidens only piece of legislation was his crimes bill in the 90’s which led to the mass incarceration of young black males. I’d say there’s more evidence to support democrats doubling down on racism

@JayVTheGreat That’s a lie. There is more evidence to support the opposite. You also don’t get to have that much racist history and just be like naw we switched. lol.

“The parties switched. 🙃” I can’t tell. I still see modern day slavery and segregation. I still see political groups carrying out violence on behalf of the Democratic Party. I still see them trying to enslave immigrants and minorities to welfare. I still see public lynchings of anyone who dares to speak out against them and support the Republican Party. Ideologies switched? Lol, okay. Just because they created new names for their ideologies, that doesn’t mean anything switched.

Let the adult in the room speak. To Nick Cannon and Chilli — I say this with love, but also with truth. What y’all are saying right now… in my opinion… is dead wrong. Now let me be clear — I’m the one who fought all the way to the Supreme Court for free speech. So I respect your right to say whatever you want. That’s a fact. But this hits different. Because the same Black people you’re turning your backs on… The same Black women you’re dismissing… Those are the same people who built you. They buy your tickets. They watch your shows. They support your careers. And now you’re aligning with a man — Donald Trump — who has openly disrespected Black women, including Michelle Obama, and countless other accomplished Black women. Let’s talk facts: Our people depend on the Department of Education. Our people depend on HUD. Our people depend on opportunity — not having their achievements dismissed as “DEI.” This same man has: •Tried to erase Black history •Limited what our children can learn •Praised and pardoned officers involved in killing unarmed Black men So don’t act like this is just politics. This is personal. Nick, you were right about one thing — yes, a Republican president signed the law freeing enslaved Africans. That’s history. But you left out everything that happened AFTER that. You left out where today’s MAGA movement stands. You left out who has consistently fought for civil rights, voting rights, and opportunity. If it was left up to them right now, they’d take us backwards — not forward. And let’s be real… If they truly cared about Black people — about Foundational Black Americans, descendants of slaves — we wouldn’t even be having this conversation. We’d be talking about reparations. So I’m not coming at y’all with hate… I’m coming at you with responsibility. Because influence comes with accountability. And right now… y’all on the wrong side of this one. And people keep asking me why I’m running for Congress — this is exactly why. To stand up. To speak out. To fight for our people when others won’t. Go to my website, support the fight, and join the team: luthercampbellforcongress.com Make sure you’re on the right side of history.

You’re taking one real fact and stretching it waaayyyyy too far. Republicans like Eisenhower supported civil rights and yea Republicans had a higher percentage voting for the Civil Rights Act of 1964 but you’re leaving out the part that actually matters (which you deceitful people love to do). Back then the divide wasn’t a clean Democrat vs Republican thing it was liberal vs conservative inside both parties. Southern Democrats (the Dixiecrats) were the ones fighting civil rights while the Northern Democrats were supporting it. Republicans also had both sides but leaned more pro civil rights overall at the time Now fast forward and those Southern conservatives didn’t just disappear. They slowly shifted into the Republican Party over time especially after guys like Nixon started appealing to them. That’s why the South flipped from Democrat to Republican. Saying “Republicans supported civil rights more in that vote” is true but acting like that means the parties stayed the same for the next 60 years just doesn’t hold up. If nothing changed why did the same Southern voters who were anti–civil rights Democrats back then end up becoming some of the strongest Republican voters today??? That doesn’t happen unless something shifted. Like it’s common sense.
