@hazan0608 Working with new but eager to grow creators has always given better results

@coryalthoff Keeping efforts consistent, if it does not work today, it definitely will someday

The change in mindset and behaviour you'll have with spending 2 days with someone who is ambitious vs someone who is settled is so profound.
Nothing better that surrounding yourself with like-minded ambitious people
alexei@alexeixbt
get close to ambitious people and watch your whole baseline rise. their drive becomes contagious. their standards quietly reset yours. spend enough time around people who expect more from themselves and you start expecting more from you. you become the average of who you're around. pick people whose habits you'd be proud to catch.

@firstfruitsapp For 450/month and 3 vids are these experienced creators?? Never met experienced who’re willing to do it
English

recruited a small batch of creators for a saas client on one rule:
right icp fit over reach.
first video did fine.
second video, same creator, sharper angle, hit 600k views.
consistency with the right creator beats a one-off with a big one.
if you're not sure how to vet creators for fit instead of just follower count, let me know, happy to share what we look for.

most saas founders brief creators like they're writing an ad.
that's exactly why the video flops.
- give them the problem, not the script
- let them find their own words for it
- the awkward, slightly rough version almost always outperforms the polished one
it feels counterintuitive to give up control over the message, but that's usually the trade that gets the video to actually convert.
if you're stuck rewriting creator scripts over and over, let me know, happy to share what we do differently.

2 months of failed hooks.
failed creators.
failed angles.
then $40k in sales in a single month, from the exact channel everyone told us to give up on.
nobody posts the failing months. everyone only posts the win, which makes it look like it happened overnight. it didn't.
if you're a few weeks into testing ugc and it feels like it's not working, that might just be where you are in the process, not a sign to quit. let me know if you want to compare notes.
