SIA-India had the privilege of meeting His Excellency Dr. Piotr Antoni Świtalski, Ambassador of Poland to India, along with Mr. Jarosław Groberek, Deputy Head of Mission, Polish Embassy, for a highly productive discussion on strengthening India–Poland cooperation in the space sector. Represented by our Director General Mr. Anil Prakash and our Deputy Director – International Relations, Mr. Anbalagan K, SIA-India shared an overview of its key initiatives, with a focus on international collaboration, and extended an invitation to His Excellency for the Inaugural Session of the India Space Congress 2026. We also discussed the possibility of Poland joining as a Country Partner, including a dedicated session on bilateral space cooperation. The Embassy expressed keen interest in facilitating connections with the Polish Space Agency, academia, and industry stakeholders to build meaningful partnerships. We also highlighted a recent milestone collaboration between SkyServe and SatRev, a Polish nanosatellite company, where SkyServe’s AI infrastructure is now successfully operational in orbit aboard SatRev's satellite following deployment on a SpaceX Transporter mission.
