Mr. @SamNasri19, I just saw your nonsensical statement about the ruling of CAF's appeal committee about the Afcon final. What a "nonsense", to use your words to come with such a statement.
You were a great player and enjoyed watching yourplay. But you have no credentials in law. Should you have studied law, you should have made a "sensical", rational statement.
Now what the does the law say in the case at hand? Well, like you like or not, the law is very clear-cut and leaves no room for ambiguity or interpretation.
First, there is a clear case that the referee breached CAF’s own regulations by not whistling the end of the game despite Senegalese players having left the pitch without his authorization.
Article 82 of CAF regulations is unequivocal in this regard. “Any team that leaves the field of play before the end of the regulation match time without the referee’s authorization shall be considered losing,” it emphatically states.
The wording of this article is important. The stipulation “shall be considered losing” rather than “may be considered” clearly means the provision leaves no discretion to the referee — or to CAF, for that matter — to refrain from applying the mandatory sanction required when this scenario occurs.
Moreover, since the article does not envisage any exception allowing a team to return to the field (i.e., it does not state “unless the team returns”), nor does it specify the duration for the withdrawal from the pitch for it to be regarded as such (i.e. two, five or 15 minutes or more), its application becomes automatic. Simply put, the mere occurrence of the scenario described in this article automatically triggers the application of the stipulated rule.
The second layer, closely linked to the first, concerns the non-application of Article 12 of IFAB regulations, which clearly states that any player who leaves the pitch without the referee’s authorization must receive a yellow card.
By failing to apply this rule, the referee caused irreparable injustice to Morocco. Had the law been applied properly, two Senegalese players, already on yellow cards – namely Ismaila Sarr and Hadji Diouf — would have been sent off.
This would have seen Senegal continue the match with nine players against eleven Moroccan players. Under such a scenario, even after Diaz missed his now infamous penalty, Morocco’s chances of winning the match in extra time would have been dramatically higher.
So Mr. Samir, next time focus on commenting on matches, you are more equipped and talented for doing that than me. @Lahcenhaddad @AzizDaouda @Pirana_dusahara

If I woke up 30 lbs overweight tomorrow, here's the exact daily routine I'd follow:
(every meal, every macro, every detail)
7am - Breakfast (340 cal, 47g protein):
At home: 2 eggs + 4 egg whites scrambled + Oikos Triple Zero yogurt (340 cal, 47g protein)
No time: Premier Protein shake + Oikos Triple Zero (260 cal, 45g protein).
Grab both from the fridge and walk out the door.
Either way, protein is handled before 8am.
12pm - Lunch (520 cal, 57g+ protein):
Meal prep: 6oz chicken breast + 185g white rice + broccoli (520 cal, 57g protein).
Prep Sunday, eat all week.
No prep: Chick-fil-A — 12 grilled nuggets + grilled chicken sandwich (530 cal, 66g protein).
OR
Subway protein bowl with double chicken (500 cal, 70g protein).
3pm - Snack (280 cal, 45g+ protein):
- Whey shake with water: 120 cal, 25g protein
- 225g cottage cheese: 200 cal, 28g protein
- Quest bar: 190 cal, 21g protein
Pick one or two. These all travel.
Throw them in a bag, keep them at your desk.
No cooking, no prep, no excuses.
6pm - Dinner (530 cal, 49g protein):
At home: 6oz sirloin + 150g baked potato + roasted veggies (530 cal, 49g protein)
No energy to cook: Half a grocery store rotisserie chicken + microwaved potato + steamed bag veggies (~550 cal, 64g protein).
Plate in 5 minutes.
Daily total: 1,670 cal, 200g+ protein. Adjust portions for your target and fill as needed.
Training + Recovery:
Lift 4x/week. Upper/lower split. Beat the logbook every session, one more rep or 5 more lbs.
Walk 10,000 steps daily. Burns 300-500 extra cal without making you hungrier.
3-2-1 sleep rule: no food 3hrs before bed, no liquids 2hrs, no screens 1hr. 7-8 hours minimum.
That's the full system. Meals, macros, training, steps, sleep.
If you follow it, it will work.
