🚨🚨 كشف تقرير استخباراتي إسباني موسع أن محاولة اقتحام مدينة #سبتة المحتلة يومي 30 و31 يوليو 2026 سبقتها حملة رقمية منظمة استمرت أسابيع، شاركت فيها مجموعات على فيسبوك وحسابات تنشط من الجزائر ودول أخرى، إلى جانب مجموعات واتساب يديرها مشرفون يستخدمون أرقاما تحمل المقدمة الدولية الجزائرية «+213». ووفق المعطيات التي نشرتها صحيفة «لاراثون» الإسبانية، أعد التقرير، الممتد على نحو سبعين صفحة، المحلل الإسباني المتخصص في الأمن والاستخبارات والإرهاب الدولي تشيما خيل، بطلب من عدد من المؤسسات الإسبانية. واعتمد التحقيق على تقنيات استخبارات المصادر المفتوحة وتحليل وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، وشمل النشاط المسجل بين يونيو وبداية غشت 2026 على منصات فيسبوك وتيك توك وإنستغرام وإكس، فضلا عن مجموعات واتساب. وتمكن معدّ التقرير من جمع مئات الأدلة الرقمية وإعادة بناء شبكة من الحسابات والمجموعات التي ساهمت في نشر المحتوى وتوسيعه وتداول المعلومات العملية المرتبطة بالتحرك نحو سبتة. وسجل التقرير تصاعد النشاط منذ الأيام الأولى من يوليوز، قبل أن يرتفع بصورة لافتة عقب النشر العلني لحكم المحكمة العليا الإسبانية المتعلق بعدم جواز الإعادة المباشرة عند الحدود للأشخاص الذين يدخلون إلى سبتة عن طريق البحر. وبعد صدور الحكم، تزايدت المنشورات والمقاطع المصورة التي روّجت لإمكانية الوصول إلى المدينة، إلى أن بلغت الحملة ذروتها قبيل عيد العرش. ورصد التحليل مجموعات وصفحات على فيسبوك وحسابات نشطة على تيك توك وإنستغرام تولت نشر رسائل التحفيز والحشد، وإعادة توزيع المقاطع على نطاق واسع. وفي المقابل، استُخدمت مجموعات واتساب لتبادل التفاصيل اللوجستية، بما يشمل وسائل النقل، والمواعيد، ونقاط التجمع، ومسارات الاقتراب من حاجز تاراخال، والتحديثات المتعلقة بالوضع عند الحدود. ومن أبرز نتائج التحقيق تحديد مجموعات على واتساب يديرها مشرفون يستخدمون أرقاما بـ«+213»، فضلا عن رصد حسابات ومجتمعات رقمية تنطلق من الجزائر وتونس وفرنسا والولايات المتحدة، إلى جانب حسابات مرتبطة بالمغرب. وأسهم هذا الانتشار في توسيع الحملة خارج المجال المحلي وتحويلها إلى تعبئة رقمية عابرة للحدود. وقدّر التقرير حجم الوصول المحتمل إلى المحتويات المتداولة بأكثر من 11 مليون وصول، استنادا إلى المشاهدات وأعداد أعضاء المجموعات والصفحات والمنشورات والتعليقات والتفاعلات. كما خلص إلى أن الحملة لم تعتمد على قيادة مركزية واحدة، بل على شبكة موزعة تقاسمت فيها الحسابات مهام إنتاج المحتوى وتضخيمه وإعادة نشره والتنسيق اللوجستي. ولا ينسب التقرير قيادة الحملة بصورة قطعية إلى جهة حكومية أو تنظيمية محددة، كما لا يجزم بالهويات الحقيقية لجميع مديري الحسابات والمجموعات. لكنه يوثق وجود بنية رقمية مترابطة أدت دورا مؤثرا في التحريض والحشد وتوفير المعلومات التي سبقت محاولة اقتحام سبتة، بما يؤكد أن الضغط على الحدود أصبح يرتبط أيضا بحملات معلوماتية منظمة تنتقل من المنصات الرقمية إلى الميدان.
