@SINGERCO what's the deal with your warranty repairs? My son's machine has been completed for almost 2 months. Repeated calls for status indicate "waiting for shipping label." This is hurting his small business. Beginning to regret investing in your equipment for his business.

@SINGERCO is it normal for your "fraud prevention system" to cancel three orders in a row from someone, even with different credit cards? Your AI response and "Jack" in consumer orders just say to try a different payment method. No other troubleshooting or advice.

Lets talk sewing machines. Ken and Sierra both want a sewing machine. I think @SINGERCO is good, no? Kennie and Sierra are both super talented. Ken is 12 amd sierra 18. Ken hand sewed me a bag and sierra made me an apron. I want to see them create and make endless things
