@nycexpatmom I have a kid with ADD. I love that our doctor talked to her about how it is her “superpower” and to harness it rather than Medicate it. (And some ways to manage such as exercise and getting enough sleep).

On the subject of losing lifelong friends over Covid- I am going to a college friend meetup this weekend, hesitantly, as a few of them unfriended me and have not spoken to me for 3 years. I'm planning to extend grace- hoping they do the same. Fingers crossed. I'm tired of anger.
